Anthony Canecchia, founder, and distiller at SanTan Spirits announced today that their tasting room and craft cocktail bar Spirit House will open its doors on June 28, 2019, at 8 S. San Marcos Place Suite 106, Downtown Chandler, directly behind SanTan Brewery & Pub.
“We started distilling and aging our spirits in 2015 with a mission to create 21s t-century flavors and give distilling a much-needed shot in the arm. Spirit House provides a venue to release our spirits and deliver an experience for the community centered around the enjoyment and education of the future of spirits in an unpretentious place”.
Spirit House will offer a menu of both classics and house original cocktails featuring the San Francisco World Spirits Competition awarded spirits. Spirits offered will include American Single Malt, Bourbon & Rye whiskeys, craft distilled Vodka, Gin and various Botanical Spirits. Customers will have the opportunity to taste new releases and experimental projects and provide feedback.
“We want the community to be part of the process. Everything we make at SanTan is made with an occasion in mind. We believe in ‘uncommon quality for everyday occasions’, and that’s what this experience and our spirits are all about.”
The cocktail menu will be accompanied by a house-made food menu featuring items such as a charcuterie board, bruschetta, salads, open faced sandwiches (tartines), turmeric roasted cauliflower and more.
The new tasting room and cocktail lounge will open to the public on June 28, 2019.
At SanTan Spirits, we’re approaching distilling with the same innovative mentality we launched our craft beer with a decade ago that sparked a “craft beer revolution”. Our ethos is centered on merging craft with science to create uncommon quality and flavor. We give priority to quality local ingredients and acquire unique barrels for aging and nuanced finishing that will make you re-think what spirits can be. Our spirits are crafted to drink and enjoy among friends, not sit on a shelf or in a lonely cellar.
