.5 oz. Maple Simple Syrup

4-6 dashes SanTan Spirits Toasted Coconut Bitters

Stir and strain over desired “rocks.” Smoke cocktail with fresh cinnamon stick.

Gentlemen’s Manhattan

2 oz. Single Malt Whiskey

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

5-6 dashes Mesquite Bitters

Stir all ingredients. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
